Nollywood actress Laide Bakare publicly called Eniola Badmus an ingrate on Monday after Badmus reacted on a podcast. The post went up on Bakare’s Instagram on 19 October 2026 following a clip from Isbae U’s show that surfaced the day before.
In the podcast, Isbae U named Bakare as one of his favourite actresses. Badmus hissed and her expression changed. She later said “Yes, yes, that so you have your choice” and added an apology. Bakare responded by writing that Badmus keeps damaging her character publicly despite warnings.
She described herself as Badmus’s biggest benefactor and said “Honestly you are indeed an ingrate and I won’t let this slide.” The two actresses have a long public history that includes a 2025 confrontation at the Owambe Thieves premiere and earlier social media exchanges.
