The Starboy took to X on Tuesday night and wrote “Happy J day”, adding a red heart and his trademark eagle emoji.
As of 11:05 PM WAT on 20 October, the post had passed 3,700 likes, 1,300 reposts and more than 1,100 replies, only minutes after it went up.
He did not say who “J” is. Many fans in the replies read it as a birthday message for Jada Pollock, his longtime partner, manager and the mother of his sons. UNVERIFIED: that the post is about Jada P’s birthday. Wizkid has not named her, and she has not reacted publicly at the time of writing.
Wizkid rarely explains his posts, and short, coded messages like this one are part of his style. The eagle emoji has been his sign-off for years.
If it is indeed for Jada P, it would be one of the few times he has nodded to her publicly on her special day, which is why the post is moving so fast.
